By accessing Kollab, you agree to these terms and Meta's Developer Policies and Platform Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• "Kollab": The platform, website, and mobile app.
• "User": Includes brands, influencers, and social media users.
• "Brand": Businesses using Kollab to run influencer campaigns.
• "Influencer": Social media content creators collaborating with brands.
• "Campaign": A brand's promotional task assigned to influencers.

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Brands must provide valid business credentials before posting campaigns.
• Influencers must have an active social media account.
• Kollab reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion.

• Brands can create campaigns, review applications, and track performance.
• Influencers can apply, submit content, and receive payments.
• Social media users can earn cashback and discounts by posting about partner brands.
• Users must comply with Meta's Developer Policies and Platform Terms when using Kollab.

Prohibited Activities

• Fake engagement (bot followers, likes, comments).
• Misrepresentation of identity or brand affiliations.
• Posting inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content.
• Using data in violation of Meta's Data Use Restrictions.

• Kollab charges a service fee on each campaign.
• Influencers are paid only after brand approval of content.
• Cashback rewards are credited after approval.
• Users must provide accurate payment details to avoid failed transactions.
• Kollab is not responsible for third-party payment failures.

• Kollab collects and processes user data in strict compliance with Meta's privacy policies.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Users can access, modify, or delete their data upon request.
• Data sharing with third parties will only occur with explicit user consent or as legally required.

Kollab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:

• Fraudulent activities (fake engagement, false claims).
• Violation of Meta's Developer Policies or Platform Terms.
• Non-compliance with data protection laws.

• Kollab is not responsible for disputes between brands and influencers.
• Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistan's Courts.

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of major changes.
